With the Resonated Performance Mid Pipe in place, the Touring Edition Axle-back is transformed into a full downpipe-back system, replacing the factory mid section (and the secondary catalytic converter on 328i N26 motors) with straight-through 3” T304L stainless steel tubing.
Some fitments depend upon N20 vs N26 motor type, so be sure to check AWE's simple N20 vs N26 guide to verify motor type.
The AWE Tuning Performance Mid Pipe is non-resonated, and replaces the factory resonated section with straight-through 3-inch T304 stainless steel tubing. Ready to rumble.
Fitment Note: We have confirmed that the AWE Tuning Performance Mid Pipe will NOT work with the optional M Performance Exhaust System.
