Where is your shop located?

At Kies Motorsports, we are a 100% mobile operation, meaning we come to you for all installations. All we need is a place to park and a place to work on your vehicle where we can fully open all doors.

Will the products you sell and install void my warranty?

What kind of warranty comes with the products?

All warranties are offered through the manufacturers of the products you are purchasing. Please contact the manufacturer of the product for specific warranty information. Please note, typical manufacturer's warranties will
not cover on-site repairs or replacements. These services may be subject to an additional on-site service fee through Kies Motorsports.

What kind of warranty comes with your service?

Before our authorized technicians leave, we will verify that all components are working correctly to demonstrate that everything was correctly installed. We guarantee our work 100%, so if something isn't working for some rare reason when we're done, we will do everything in our power to make it right. At the end of the day, we want you to be ecstatic with us, not just happy, so we will do everything in our power to make sure everything works as expected and our service exceeds your expectations.

I see you work with BimmerTech, Burger, P3 Cars and a few other companies. Do you work with products that you don't sell?

Absolutely! Please contact us  with your request.

I'm outside of your service area, but I'd like you to work on my car. What options do I have?

Although we do most of our work in our service area, we do offer services outside of that area. Please contact us with your request.

I'd like you to review my product on your YouTube channel. How do I place my request?

What is your return policy?

For legal reasons and because our vendors do not accept returns, we do not accept returned products. If a unit is proven to be defective, please contact the vendor directly and inquire about the warranty on the purchased product.
