While the BW-S5802 remains an excellent choice for stock or mildly modified setups, the BW-S5806 is purpose-built for Stage 2+ tunes, upgraded turbos, and any build targeting serious top-end power. The results speak for themselves: on a vehicle already running a Stage 2 tune on 98 RON fuel, a simple swap from the BW-S5802 to the BW-S5806, with no other tuning changes, yielded nearly +20 WHP at peak and a staggering +59 WHP at 6,300 RPM.
Upgrade from BW-S5802 → BW-S5806 The test vehicle was running a Stage 2 tune on 98 RON fuel, producing 639 WHP with the BW-S5802 installed. After fitting the BW-S5806 — with zero tuning changes — peak power climbed to 656 WHP. More critically, after 4,500 RPM the gap between the two intakes widens significantly, reaching +59 WHP and +67 Nm at 6,300 RPM.
