Kies Motorsports is proud to offer the DOCRace G-Series S58 Single Turbo Kit — developed in collaboration with Precision Turbo and Turbosmart, and purpose-built for the BMW M3, M4, and M2 platforms carrying the S58 engine. This is not a bolt-on turbo swap — it is an engineered system built to the same standards you'd expect from a factory-level integration.

The kit begins with an in-house hand-fabricated turbo manifold featuring substantial 1.90" OD runners — a design capable of facilitating over 1,500hp of exhaust flow. Paired with Precision Turbo's Next Gen 6466 ball bearing turbo, this setup effortlessly achieves 900whp while maintaining a spool characteristic comparable to the stock twin-turbo setup. That's not a claim many single turbo kits can make.

Turbosmart provides the dual 45mm Gen V wastegates included in the kit — premium, race-proven hardware that gives you precise boost control across the entire RPM range.

Where other kits cut corners on charge pipe routing, DOCRace fabricates 3" aluminum charge pipes with a welded, engine-mounted bracket. The S58 motor requires routing a charge pipe directly in front of the engine balancer — without a secure mounting point, that pipe can contact the balancer over time and cause catastrophic damage. DOCRace solved this the right way: a bracket that bolts directly to the engine, exactly like a factory component.

The oil drain line is a pre-assembled aluminum hard line — no rubber hoses to cut, no fittings to assemble incorrectly. Incorrect cutting can cause the line to melt. DOCRace eliminates that risk entirely. All CNC fittings (oil drain, drain block-off, oil feed, oil feed block-off, and PCV) are fitted with fresh o-rings — no reusing worn factory seals.

A stainless steel heat shield is included to protect the OEM fuel line and valve cover from the substantial heat generated by the single turbo system. This is a detail other kits skip — DOCRace doesn't.

The complete kit includes a printed installation manual to guide you through the process from start to finish. The Kies Motorsports team is also available for installation support, tuning consultation (BM3 / MHD flex fuel compatible), and dyno verification at our Hammonton, NJ facility.
