Thank you for choosing Kies Motorsports. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and tracking procedures.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time payment is confirmed.
  • In-stock items from our NJ warehouse: Availability is indicated by a visible "stock" number on the product page. These items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Items sourced from manufacturers: These may require additional handling and can take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.

Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order safely and on time. Shipping method and carrier are selected at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery speed preference.

Tracking Your Order

All tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Direct link to track your package

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping speed. We offer:

  • Standard Ground (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight (1 business day – where available)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Delays & Issues

In rare cases, delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volume, or inventory verification. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, our team will contact you directly via email.
