Eventuri BMW E9X M3 (S65) Black Carbon Airbox Lid - Matte
$695.00
The Eventuri BMW E9X M3 S65 Black Carbon Airbox Lid - Matte is a direct replacement for the factory airbox lid, developed to enhance the appearance and induction character of BMW's high-revving S65 V8. Rather than replacing an already highly developed factory intake system, Eventuri refined the upper airbox with a pre-preg carbon fiber component designed specifically for the E90, E92 and E93 M3.
The factory E9X M3 airbox is an integral part of the S65 induction system, so Eventuri took a measured approach. The original lower airbox and intake architecture remain in place while the plastic upper lid is replaced in carbon.
The lid features a 2x2 twill weave beneath a matte clear coat and is designed to retain the factory airbox geometry and original intake architecture. The carbon fiber construction provides a more pronounced S65 induction character. The matte finish is the more understated of the two and complements other Eventuri S65 components, including the carbon intake system, carbon inlet plenum and carbon duct set.
Installation uses the original BMW mounting locations and hardware, with no modification to the surrounding intake system required.
The Gloss carbon fiber finish is also available.
