The MMX Performance Billet Air Conditioning Cap Set is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to replace the factory plastic A/C service port caps found on BMW and MINI vehicles. The MMX billet solution addresses the long-term durability issues associated with OEM plastic caps while delivering a refined OEM+ aesthetic.

Factory-installed plastic A/C caps are exposed to continuous heat cycling, environmental stress, and repeated removal during servicing. Over time, this can lead to brittleness, cracking, and compromised sealing performance. The MMX billet caps eliminate these concerns by utilizing CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum construction, providing significantly improved strength, longevity, and resistance to heat-related degradation.

Each cap is anodized in a deep black finish and hand-polished to match the MMX billet aluminum engine bay range, ensuring a cohesive and premium appearance. A subtle engraved MMX “X” logo adds a clean, technical detail without disrupting the OEM-style finish.

Engineered as direct OEM replacements, the caps are pre-sealed and install in seconds with no modification required.
