MMX Performance F3X 4-Series Lowering Spring Set | F32 F36

The MMX Performance F3X 4-Series Lowering Spring Set transforms the stance and handling of the BMW F32 Coupe and F36 Gran Coupe (in both RWD and xDrive guises) without sacrificing the everyday comfort that makes these cars a daily-driver favourite. Whether you're running a 435i, 440i, 430d, or 435d, MMX has matched the spring rates and drop figures to your specific drivetrain and body style.

Each variant is engineered around its own weight distribution. The F32 Coupe variants drop the front by approximately 30mm with rear drops of 30mm (RWD) or 25mm (xDrive). The F36 Gran Coupe (with its longer wheelbase and additional rear weight) gets a more aggressive setup, with the F36 RWD dropping ~30mm front and rear, and the F36 xDrive variant the most planted of the four at up to 40mm front and 35mm rear.

The result is a more aggressive stance, sharper turn-in, reduced body roll, and a noticeably more planted feel through the corners. Spring rates are tuned to work with OE dampers, so there's no need to upgrade your shocks at the same time, though the optional MMX Sport Damper Kit is available for owners who want to push the chassis further.
