The MST Performance HD-TPR03 is a high-flow catted downpipe designed for both the 10th-generation Honda Civic Type R FK8 (2017-2021) and the 11th-generation FL5 (2022-2026), both powered by the K20C1 2.0L turbocharged engine. Featuring a high-flow metallic catalytic converter, this downpipe dramatically reduces exhaust restriction while maintaining catalytic emissions function.
The factory downpipe on the K20C1 is a known restriction point on tuned cars. The HD-TPR03 eliminates that bottleneck and unlocks meaningful gains when paired with a Stage 1 or Stage 2 tune, with significantly improved turbo response and a more aggressive exhaust note.
