Description

The NRW-Design Billet Aluminum Spark Plug Tubes are a premium upgrade for aging or damaged spark plug tubes on BMW’s S65 and S85 engines. Designed to permanently resolve oil intrusion into the spark plug wells—a common issue with OEM plastic tubes—these CNC-machined aluminum replacements deliver unmatched durability, perfect fitment, and long-term reliability.

Each tube is machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. Unlike plastic factory units that can deform, crack, or loosen over time, NRW’s billet solution ensures a consistent seal and a secure hold, even in high-heat environments and motorsport applications.
