These downpipes are the best value modification available for your M5 or M8, with potential gains of up to 112 hp and 130 lb-ft of torque when tuned. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes, back pressure is significantly reduced, leading to faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note.

The F9x M5 and M8 have a total of four catalytic converters—two primary and two secondary. Depending on your preference, you can retain either the factory or aftermarket primary or secondary downpipes. Unlike many competitors, our race downpipes feature a smooth mandrel-bent design that enhances flow without narrowing near the turbos.
