Mercedes-AMG W465 G63
Ultra Edition Exhaust
The pinnacle valvetronic exhaust for the new W465 Mercedes-AMG G63. The Fi Exhaust Ultra Edition unlocks the full character of the twin-turbo 4.0T M177 V8 — quiet enough for the daily, savage enough for the canyon, and engineered to deliver an estimated 5–10% horsepower gain when paired with full catless downpipes.
Configured to your G63. Built when you order.
Every Fi Exhaust Ultra Edition is custom-fabricated to the configuration you select below — downpipe type, tip style, finish, coating, and OPF/Non-OPF fitment. Because each system is built to spec, pricing varies by configuration. Submit your build below and a Kies Motorsports specialist will respond with exact pricing, lead time, and confirmation of fitment within one business day.

A roaring masterpiece of engineering for the new G63.
If you're behind the wheel of a W465 Mercedes-AMG G63, you already know you've got a beast. The question is whether you're done leaving horsepower, voice, and presence on the table. The Fi Exhaust Ultra Edition is the answer — a complete valvetronic exhaust system engineered to amplify what AMG built, without compromising the daily-driver manners that make this truck so livable.
Built around T304 stainless steel and precision-fabricated muffler internals, every component is designed to flow harder, weigh less, and last longer than what came off the line. Valvetronic technology handles the rest — closed valves route gases through the muffler for a low-profile cruise, kies-g63-open valves unleash the full V8 baritone the M177 was always capable of.
When paired with the ultra-high-flow catless downpipes, expect a 5–10% horsepower gain on the 4.0T twin-turbo — and an even bigger jump once you stack ECU tuning on top.
Five reasons the Ultra Edition is the benchmark.
Every component, configurable.
Valvetronic Technology
Every Fi Exhaust system is built around valvetronic technology — not just for sound control, but to resolve the long-standing contradiction in exhaust design between high-RPM horsepower and low-RPM torque.
Closed valves route gases through the muffler for back-pressure-friendly torque at low revs. Open valves give the M177 the high-flow, high-RPM breathing path it deserves.
Catless Standard Downpipes
Ultra-high-flow catless downpipes remove the restrictive factory catalytic converters, opening up exhaust gas flow and delivering the largest performance gains and the highest sound volume of any downpipe option.
This is the recommended path if you plan to go further with ECU tuning — it removes the single biggest restriction in the factory exhaust system.
Catless Sensor Version
Same ultra-high-flow catless design as the standard version, but with an integrated dummy oxygen sensor housing to reduce the likelihood of triggering a check engine light (CEL).
The right choice for owners who want the performance and sound of a true catless setup without dealing with codes.
Sport 200-Cell Downpipes
For owners who want the gains of an aftermarket downpipe with the emissions profile of a catalyzed system, the Sport 200-Cell uses larger cells and metallic substrates for a smooth, durable, burn-out-resistant build.
Converting the factory 400–800 CPSI converter to a 200-cell metallic significantly increases airflow while preserving torque-friendly back pressure.
OEM Sport Button Compatibility
Fi Exhaust's intelligent valve module ties directly into the factory exhaust button and AMG drive modes — kies-g63-open and close the valves the way Mercedes intended, no extra controllers, no extra wiring in the cabin.
For owners who want more granular control, the Fi Pro remote is available as an optional upgrade.
Tip Styles
Triple Square (TIP-G63ue-S): The classic Ultra Edition signature — three square outlets per side, each etched with the Fi Exhaust logo. Available in standard silver or matte black.
Quad Tip (TIP-G63Aue-CRMB): A more aggressive quad-outlet layout for owners who want a different aesthetic. Same engraving, same finish options.
Ceramic & Gold Ceramic Coating
Fi Exhaust ditches traditional thermal insulation wraps and instead applies a nano-ceramic coating directly to the exhaust. The result is lower heat radiated into the engine bay, longer life for adjacent components like wiring, and a finish that resists discoloration.
Gold Ceramic adds a reflective metallic layer for even better thermal management on heat-sensitive setups.
OPF / Non-OPF Fitments
OPF (Otto Particulate Filter, also known as GPF) is the particulate filter Mercedes adds to G63 models destined for markets with stricter emissions standards. Non-OPF models flow freer out of the box.
Fi Exhaust develops separate fitments for both versions so the system bolts up precisely no matter where your G63 was originally delivered.

Questions, answered.
Each Fi Exhaust Ultra Edition is fabricated to the specific configuration you select — downpipe type, tip style, finish, coating, and OPF/Non-OPF fitment. Because no two builds are identical and components are built on demand, pricing and lead time depend on configuration.
Lead times generally run 4–8 weeks depending on configuration, coatings, and kies-g63-breadcrumb-current production schedule. Your Kies Motorsports specialist will confirm exact timing with your quote.
Fi's Valvetronic Technology lets you toggle between loud and quiet exhaust notes using electronically actuated valves that adjust exhaust flow. It enhances both performance and sound, delivering an aggressive race-mode tone and a refined street-mode cruise on demand.
The complete setup includes a valvetronic catback, your choice of ultra-high-flow catless downpipes (standard or sensor version) or Sport 200-cell downpipes, triple-square or quad tips in silver or matte black, the optional Fi Pro remote, and optional ceramic or gold ceramic coating.
Three ways: the factory exhaust button or AMG drive modes, the optional Fi Pro remote control, or a mobile app.
OPF (Otto Particulate Filter) is the particulate filter Mercedes equips on G63s destined for stricter emissions markets. Non-OPF models lack this filter, allowing freer exhaust flow, slightly higher gains, and a more aggressive sound signature.
Yes. The Ultra Edition catback is designed to work with Fi Exhaust downpipes, factory downpipes, and most major third-party downpipes.
When paired with a full catless system (valvetronic catback plus ultra-high-flow downpipes), expect an estimated 5–10% horsepower gain on the 4.0T M177 V8. Gains scale further when combined with ECU tuning.
