The MMX Performance E9X M3 VANOS Covers Kit replaces the factory plastic VANOS spring covers on the S65 V8 with CNC-machined aluminum. The factory covers are plastic and can become brittle over time, then crack or detach.
Each cover is machined from 6062-T6 aluminum and provides the same full spring coverage as the factory cover it replaces. The aluminum covers seat directly in place of the original plastic units, without altering any of the surrounding hardware.
This allows the work to be performed at the VANOS covers without requiring removal of the complete VANOS unit, and no special tools are needed.
Each cover is finished in black anodizing for corrosion resistance and appearance, with the MMX logo machined into the face.
