A complete header-to-tip system built around sound, flow, and long-term durability.

The RVNG 992 Exhaust System was developed from the ground up to give the platform a more aggressive and exotic sound without sacrificing flow or durability.

At the front of the system are our Equal Length Headers, designed to keep exhaust pulse timing more consistent between cylinders. Better pulse spacing helps reduce interference between cylinders, improves scavenging, and creates a cleaner, more even exhaust note as RPM climbs.

Customers can choose between a straight-through Race Section or our 400-cell EPA-certified catalytic converter section, both supplied with the proper mounting brackets.

From there, exhaust gases flow into our megaphone-style rear sections. The gradual expansion helps manage exhaust gas velocity and pressure while also changing how sound waves travel through the system. This is a big part of what gives the car a deeper tone down low while keeping the sound sharper and more exotic at higher RPM.

Both banks stay separated through most of the system before entering our custom 3D-printed X-pipe merge and single center outlet. Bringing both banks together at the rear allows the exhaust pulses to interact before exiting, creating a smoother and more unified sound compared to two completely separate outlets.

The idea was never to just add parts for looks. The headers, megaphone sections, X-pipe merge, and center outlet were designed to work together as one complete system.

Every system also includes OEM exhaust valve plates along with an aftermarket remote valve controller. Customers can retain factory-style valve operation or manually open and close the valves with the supplied remote. We do not recommend keeping the valves closed during sustained high-load driving.

Construction & Durability

Every system is hand fabricated from SS304 stainless steel and TIG welded using proper back-purging procedures.

We continue to use stainless steel because it handles repeated heat cycles, vibration, and hard driving extremely well. Our goal is to build something that can be driven hard for years, not just something that looks good on a spec sheet.

Ceramic Coating & Color Options

The exhaust tip color you choose will also determine the coating color used on your headers and Race/Cat section, so the system has a consistent finish throughout.

Both the exhaust tip and coated sections use an 1800 Series high-temperature ceramic coating, professionally sprayed here in Garden Grove, California.

This coating is not just cosmetic. It also helps with heat management and provides an added layer of protection against the extreme temperatures these systems regularly see.
