Manufacturer notes: It’s very easy to increase the volume of the 996 Carrera but a challenge to go aggressive on the mods without ending up with a raspy, loud end result that might be too much for the discerning enthusiast. These mufflers were developed around Sport Catalytic Converters to ensure the end result would yield the perfect “gentlemen’s system” in terms of aggressiveness – perfect for daily use without being overbearing. SOUL mufflers have ample sound attenuating materials to provide an increase in sporty exhaust tone without inducing drone or any negative notes such as rasp.
