It is our in-house polypropylene conversion kit lineup and is manufactured by our overseas partner who has over 20 years of experience in this industry (as of writing this article). PhaseOne not only represents our first step into the aftermarket body kit industry, it also represents a new gold standard in terms of quality and fitment. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we have done our homework and research to take the guess work out of your purchases. We strive to attain the same quality as OEM parts, thus polypropylene seems the natural choice as the construction material. This material is highly flexible, and extremely durable, unlike fiberglass or FRP which can be brittle and break easy, plus it is the same material that original manufacturers chose to use, so it just made logical sense. Testing? Testing is a two phase process. First, we diligently test our kits by QCing products sampled by our manufacturer to make sure the build quality is solid. We review materials provided by our manufacturer during their test fit sessions to make sure there aren't any obvious fitment issues or gaps. Then, after importing the kits state-side, we do further testing with enthusiasts who are willing to help and volunteer their vehicles for test-fitting. At this point, we are already 99% confident in the products we bring in so this final stage of testing is mainly a double check just to be safe. Only those products that have passed ours and the customer's rigorous standards, will debut in our online store. Only those products that make it past the cut are eligible to be a part of the PhaseOne lineup.
