Who is it for?
VividScreen is designed for 3-series F30/31/34 and 4-series F32/33/36 models fitted with an older generation ENTRY or ENTRYNAV iDrive system, featuring a 6” 480x240 display. Thanks to the improved screen resolution and our Multimedia Interface, VividScreen adds compatibility with advanced features that had only previously been available to vehicles fitted with a newer generation iDrive system.
How does it work?
VividScreen incorporates plug and play installation, connecting to the factory iDrive system through the standard video port to ensure quick and easy configuration.
Our Multimedia Interface automatically optimizes the existing iDrive graphics for the improved screen.
In vehicles with the ENTRY iDrive system, the image will be slightly stretched. For owners of vehicles with the ENTRYNAV iDrive system, we offer remote coding to correct the screen resolution, ensuring the image is not stretched.
