Build disclaimer: results are not guaranteed.
These guides and parts packages are suggested starting points. Horsepower figures are targets, not guaranteed results. No listed combination guarantees a particular power output, vehicle fitment or level of reliability.
Customers should do their own research and review the complete build with their own engine builder, installer and tuner before purchasing or installing parts. Confirm compatibility, all supporting modifications, fuel and tuning requirements, engine and drivetrain limits, and suitability for the intended use. Results vary with the vehicle, parts, fuel, installation, calibration and operating conditions.
BMW B58 builds only — not a Toyota Supra build guide. These Gen 1 and Gen 2 build lists and cart packages are for the stated BMW reference vehicles. The Toyota GR Supra A90/A91 has a different vehicle setup and needs its own parts, tuning and fitment selection. Supra product references on this page are comparison notes only; do not use these BMW carts as Supra packages.
Choose the power goal, then build the entire system around it: turbo, fuel delivery, calibration, cooling, engine, transmission and traction. Each route below identifies what is supported by evidence and what still needs development.
Quick links below: Gen 2 power tiers. Gen 1 has its own four cart builders.
Scope: The main recipes cover Gen 2 / TU1 six-port cars, using a G20 M340i automatic as the reference. Gen 1 F30/F32 builds appear in their own section. Two-port and Gen 3 engines require separate fitment and parts selections. All power levels are targets, not guaranteed outcomes.
Fitment comes before the horsepower number
System / quantity
Parts, purpose and configuration
Reference application
Main recipes use a Gen 2 / TU1, six-port BMW G20 M340i with automatic transmission. G22 M440i, G42 M240i and G29 Z4 require their own chassis-specific parts selections and VIN confirmation. Toyota GR Supra A90/A91 builds are outside this guide; they require a separate Supra-specific package.
Gen 1 B58
Use the dedicated F30 340i / F32 440i Gen 1 builds on this page. These have a separate bill of materials: Gen 1 PURE800, Gen 1 Dorch DS25, Gen 1 cooling/charge pipe, matching fuel system and gearbox. The Gen 2 JDY kit is not established as a Gen 1 bolt-on, and the linked REV2 product lists Gen 2 B58/S58. Do not reuse the Gen 2 high-power parts list on Gen 1.
Two-port vs six-port
Inspect the actual cylinder-head/exhaust layout; the Supra name or model year alone is insufficient. The JDY manifold is six-port. The reviewed Kies PURE900 variants were six-port even though descriptive copy discusses two-port fitment. Two-port builds need an explicitly confirmed orderable turbo variant.
Gen 3 / TU2
Later B58 revisions and 48V applications need a fresh fitment and DME-support review. This page does not certify Gen 3 compatibility.
Tank, gearbox & chassis
Use G2X, G42/G87 or Supra AFS as appropriate. Confirm transmission code, driveshaft length, xDrive/RWD, inlet layout and brake package individually. An engine tag in the Kies catalog is not vehicle fitment proof.
JDY ordering
Choose BMW vs Supra, LHD vs RHD, turbo version, runner size and wastegate-discharge layout. The exact BMW LHD links in the tier cards are reference configurations, not selections for every B58 car.
Driveshafts & axles by chassis
Choose the chassis and drivetrain before ordering shafts or axles. Sharing a B58 or S58 engine does not establish interchangeability. These references apply across all four WHP tiers.
System / quantity
Parts, purpose and configuration
M340i / M440i · G20/G22 family
These use the same drivetrain-parts family in corresponding configurations. Match xDrive versus RWD, gearbox, differential flange and OEM shaft number. Kies lists shared M340i/M440i xDrive shafts (OEM 26108678479) and RWD shafts (OEM 26109488375). BMW rear-axle listing, variant SKU 510525 is the BMW candidate; confirm M440i fitment with Kies before ordering because the listing’s title/body contain inconsistent legacy copy. Do not select the Supra SKU.
Supra · comparison only
A90/A91 Supra builds are outside this guide and require a separate package. For comparison, Kies lists a Supra-specific driveshaft and Supra rear axles, variant SKU 510463. These are separate from the M340i/M440i parts. Confirm automatic/manual and flange fitment. The Supra axle listing also contains a conflicting BMW fitment line; supplier confirmation is required.
Z4 · G29 M40i
Keep a dedicated Z4 driveshaft and axle specification. Do not automatically substitute the M340i/M440i or Supra assemblies. A current Kies G29 B58 shaft/axle pair was not verified; request the Z4-specific parts through Kies using VIN, gearbox and flange measurements. Older E89/N54 Z4 listings do not apply.
The shorter chassis has its own driveshaft specification. Do not substitute the M340i/M440i shaft even where an axle supplier lists several BMW models together.
Cart fitment: the tier carts are limited to the stated reference vehicles. Driveline candidates stay unchecked until their SKU, OEM cross-reference and torque/use are approved. The chassis references above do not silently swap the rest of a build package.
Gen 1 B58 · F30 340i / F32 440i
Four separate WHP targets for the original B58. These lists use Gen 1 turbo, fuel, cooling and engine components. Choose bootmod3 or MHD within each tier. Automatic, left-hand-drive reference cars; drivetrain parts remain VIN-specific.
Gen 1 turbo routes: PURE800 is the lower-tier Pure option. No orderable Gen 1 JDY kit was verified at Kies; the Gen 2 JDY kit is excluded. DAW 6969 and a custom APX 7685 fabrication package provide separate alternatives. The four-digit tiers are engineering proposals, not documented dyno packages.
MHD F+G B58 license + MOTIV F-Series custom tune. For PI, use Gen 1-capable ReFlex+ firmware and Gen 1 PT-CAN2 / MHD+ automatic wiring. This wiring variant was unavailable at research time. The 1,200-WHP package includes it in the default selection and blocks cart submission while unavailable; the lower tiers leave it unchecked and identify it as required separately.
Generation checks
Confirm actual engine revision, DME, HPFP connection, cam trigger and gearbox. Gen 1 / Gen 1.5 cam details must be finalized with the engine builder. F-Series 8HP50 rebuilds are quoted separately; do not reuse the Gen 2 8HP51 specification.

Gen 1 sources & ordering limits
Pure Gen 1 PURE800: current manufacturer capability statement is 700+ WHP, not a guarantee of 800 WHP.
Kies DAW 6969 listing: F-Series inlet variant and 1150+ HP claim; no wheel/crank conversion applied.
CSF Gen 1 manifold specifications: included rail and short-injector hats; final injector dimensions and fuel capacity still require confirmation.
Compare bootmod3/MHD and Pure/JDY at the lower tiers. At 1,200 WHP, both tuning platforms use the dedicated Custom Race Package; its hardware selection is not restricted to one turbo brand. At 1,000 WHP it also replaces the unsubstantiated Pure-only option with a lower-output calibration. All proposed combinations require final fitment and dyno validation.
Paul Johnson Gen 2 CustomROM tuning is a Kies-listed starting point. Confirm the tuner accepts the chosen turbo, port injection and REV2/CustomROM V2 job before ordering.
The REV2 base package includes a 7-bar MAP sensor and its plug-in harness. Have the tuner specify any additional charge-pipe MAP sensor and calibrate both; do not buy a duplicate manifold sensor.
Require CustomROM V2 support on the actual DME; verify it with Kies before booking the platform-specific unlock. A generic unlock alone does not establish REV2 compatibility.
Without port injection: use the vehicle-specific High Flow flex kit if the tune uses flex fuel. Do not duplicate its sensor/ECA hardware when moving to the REV2 package.
MOTIV ProTUNING B58 with the correct chassis, hybrid/single-turbo and flex-fuel options. Purchase the initial service, not an “Additional Map” listing.
With port injection or JDY external wastegates: Visconti S58/B58 Sequential Port Injection controller package, selecting MHD+ | FULL CANBUS → Complete Kit → exact chassis. Require confirmation of current ReFlex hardware revision and six-injector support before purchase.
Full kit lists a ReFlex controller, integration/injector harnesses, mounting, fuel-pressure sensor and ethanol sensor. Port-injection rail/manifold, injectors and the aftermarket-manifold feed line are separate.
Without port injection: MHD CAN FlexFuel kit for a flex tune. The Visconti package does not integrate competing flex kits; plan one ethanol-sensor/controller architecture.
Verify MHD+ support and two-way DME safeties on the actual ROM. Configure loss-of-PI and fuel-pressure protection in the custom tune.
Controller ≠ complete fueling system. Both paths also need the rail/manifold, six injectors, the correct feed/return connections, fuel pump supply and working protection logic. For a JDY conversion, include a tuner-approved PWM boost solenoid, its connector/loom and pressure hoses. The listed controller packages support boost control but do not supply the solenoid; Kies must itemize it in the installation quote.
Supporting mods every tier starts with
All tiers below include this foundation and one tuning-platform package. Tier lists show the additional hardware. Items marked “quote” are still part of the build and must be itemized by Kies before it becomes an orderable package.

Parts, purpose and configuration
Before parts
Record VIN, engine generation, exhaust-port layout, DME hardware/software, chassis, steering side, gearbox and drivetrain. Baseline dyno and scan; inspect compression/leakdown where condition warrants, fuel pressure, ignition, oil/coolant system and existing leaks. Resolve faults before increasing load.
Software · 1 platform
Use one complete platform package above. Kies USA DME unlock only if required for that DME; specify bootmod3 or MHD and required custom-ROM features. Include stable flashing power supply, installation and professional calibration in the quote.
Ignition · 6 plugs
B58 NGK six-plug bundle. Tuner chooses heat range and gap from the actual build; replace faulty coils, rather than treating “upgraded coils” as mandatory horsepower hardware.
Transmission
Record the transmission code and condition. xHP G-Series/Supra 8-speed license is an automatic-transmission calibration option where supported; tune torque reporting and shifts to match the engine. It does not increase the mechanical capacity of clutch packs. Manual cars need a separately matched clutch/flywheel and gearbox plan.
Fluids & service
Fresh engine-builder-specified oil/filter and coolant; service transmission, differential and transfer case where due. Quote correct gaskets, seals, clamps, single-use fasteners and turbo priming supplies by VIN. A universal fluid grade or fill quantity is deliberately not specified.
Braking & traction
EBC Bluestuff front pads + rear pads are catalog candidates for the reference chassis with matching iron brake hardware. Confirm caliper/rotor fitment and usage; include suitable brake fluid, sound rotors and tires selected by wheel size, load/speed rating and use. Carbon-ceramic brake cars need their own pad selection.
Validation
Log boost target/actual, lambda, timing corrections, low- and high-side fuel pressure, injector use, ethanol content, charge-air/oil/coolant/transmission temperatures and torque limits. Verify reduced-power behavior for fuel-pressure loss, PI fault and overboost. Repeat loaded runs to check heat soak and transmission slip.

500 WHP TARGET
Establish the baseline
A responsive entry target. Start by measuring the healthy car; a stock-turbo Gen 2 can approach this level on a suitable ethanol blend, but 500 WHP is not a universal Stage 2 result. Kies measured about 485 WHP on E40 in its reference car. A modest hybrid is the optional path when the verified result falls short. [B1]

A single-turbo conversion is unnecessary for 500 WHP. If chosen for future expansion, retain the complete turbo-installation/boost-control package and use a tuner-approved low-output map. Minimum wastegate-spring boost and response must suit the requested limit. [B3]

Fuel & DI
Tuner-selected pump fuel/ethanol blend; measure actual ethanol content. Dorch Gen 2 DS25 HPFP is a conservative capacity upgrade for the ethanol/hybrid path; retain a healthy factory HPFP only when logs support the planned blend and target. Port injection is conditional at this level, not an automatic requirement.
Air & exhaust
Kies Gen 2 B58 charge pipe for the stock-location/Pure route. Active Autowerke G2X/G4X catted downpipe is a candidate if the calibration requires lower exhaust restriction; confirm chassis, turbo flange, catalyst duty and permitted use. Retain the factory airbox if compatible. JDY uses its own downpipe and charge plumbing.
PURE650 installation
Select the six-port core-exchange configuration and quote its complete seal/gasket/fastener kit, inlet connection and wastegate setup. Some install-kit variants still say “OUT OF STOCK”. BMR BMW G-chassis stock/hybrid catch can is the crankcase-ventilation candidate; follow the turbo/can instructions for caps and PCV pins where required. Do not apply PURE900-specific inlet hardware to the PURE650. [B5]
Cooling
do88 front heat exchanger is recommended for repeated loaded use. The factory charge-cooler manifold can remain if healthy and temperatures are controlled; the do88 MERA manifold is an optional upgrade at 500 WHP.
JDY-only requirements
Use the full JDY kit and the selected platform’s external-wastegate control hardware even at reduced power. The B58 kit lists its catch can as included. Confirm its filter/inlet arrangement and all small installation parts in the quote. A standalone port-injection system can be deferred if DI logs validate the low-output map.
Engine & drivetrain
A built engine is not a default 500-WHP purchase for a healthy car. Condition, fuel and torque delivery still matter. Service the transmission and use a conservative torque profile; no stock-component reliability guarantee is implied.

Build the supporting systems
This is a turbo, fuel-system and thermal-management build. Plan around a tuner-specified ethanol-rich blend, often in the E60–E85 range, and a separate lower-output pump-fuel map. The specific blend is an engineering decision, not a fixed recipe.

Charge cooling & rail
do88 MERA Gen 2 B58 charge-cooler manifold includes an auxiliary AN8 fuel rail. Use its rail rather than buying a second PI spacer/rail. Match injector length, O-rings, clips and harness connectors; quote the rail-to-fuel-system adapter and feed line.
Precision Raceworks G2X AFS.800 for the G20/G22 reference build: two auxiliary pumps, boost-referenced regulator, filter and feed/return system. Keep the primary DI supply functioning independently. Use the G42/G87 tank-specific system or the Supra system for those cars. Final pump margin must be checked at operating rail pressure and voltage, not the 3-bar catalog flow. [F1]
Direct injection
Dorch Gen 2 DS25 is an optional upgrade within the DI+PI plan, not a substitute for PI at these targets. The tuner specifies the DI/PI split from rail pressure and injector window. Retain, upgrade or service the primary pump and DI injectors according to measured demand; do not automatically stack an LPFP upgrade with a dedicated AFS system.
PI, flex & boost control
One complete bootmod3/REV2 or MHD+/Visconti ReFlex package above. Include fuel-pressure and ethanol measurement, injector loom and pump activation wiring. JDY additionally needs the quoted boost solenoid/hoses/loom. Match pressure-sensor range and calibrate every sensor; hardware presence alone is not a working failsafe.
Kit lists manifold, downpipe, wastegate, charge piping, thermal protection, oil/coolant lines and an included catch can. Retain these instead of duplicating the Pure-path intake/charge pipe/downpipe/can. Quote the air filter/inlet, seals and any missing fittings against the exact kit packing list.
Cooling package
do88 front heat exchanger + do88 transmission cooler. do88 auxiliary radiator is a duty-cycle/temperature-driven addition. Check oil cooling and coolant pumps, bleed the low-temperature circuit and validate repeated runs; a large intake manifold does not replace the front heat exchanger.
Engine build
5150 complete Gen 2 engine build kit is a conservative option at 800 WHP, especially for sustained use. A stock long block is a risk-managed choice only after condition and torque review; the 741-WHP example is not a stock-engine durability rating.
Transmission & driveline
Pure 8HP51 Stage 3 rebuild is the candidate for the G20 reference car; have Pure/Kies approve the actual torque, gearbox and use. The listing names Supra/G20/Z4, so G42/G22 applicability needs explicit confirmation. Add matched converter, xHP calibration, and review DSS G20/G42 xDrive rear axles and M340i xDrive carbon driveshaft. Axle “1000HP+” naming does not certify 1,200 WHP; differential, mounts and xDrive transfer case require their own capacity review.
Build recommendation: fuel, injector sizing, engine reinforcement and transmission choices in this table are planning recommendations, not proof that this exact combination has made the target. Finalize the missing quoted items and validate the assembled car before representing it as a tested package.

JDY installation
5150 complete Gen 2 engine build kit supplies forged rotating parts, bearings, head/main fasteners, head gasket, valves, springs/locks and camshafts. Add 5150 cylinder sleeves if specified by the builder. Quote machining, balancing, bore/piston sizing, cylinder sealing and assembly; confirm Gen 2 cam/valvetrain and piston-to-valve clearance. Kit purchase does not include a built engine.
Required quoted items
Engine machine work/assembly and sealing; correct high-range MAP/TMAP sensors and adapters; single-turbo boost solenoid and plumbing; transmission/converter build specification; transfer case/differential work where required; fuel-system-to-rail adapters; installation consumables; labor, dyno tuning and track equipment. These have no complete verified universal Kies SKU bundle for this recipe.
Build recommendation: fuel, injector sizing, engine reinforcement and transmission choices in this table are planning recommendations, not proof that this exact combination has made the target. Finalize the missing quoted items and validate the assembled car before representing it as a tested package.

B58 Custom 1,200-WHP Race Package
A complete system plan built around the power target: full-frame single turbo, forged engine, auxiliary fueling, charge cooling and a built automatic transmission. Choose bootmod3 or MHD below; the hardware package is shared.
This is a proposed parts package for professional development and dyno validation. The selected combination has not been verified at 1,200 WHP.
The turbo selection
Precision Sportsman 7480 / JDY B58 conversion kit. Select BMW / left-hand drive / external discharge, 48-mm-OD runners and 1.15 A/R. JDY supplies the conversion hardware; Precision is the turbo choice. Keep the 74–80-mm full-frame design brief open to a tuner-approved equivalent if the exact turbo revision needs changing. [B3]
The exact turbo, housing and operating point must satisfy the 1,200-WHP airflow requirement. An advertised HP rating is a component selection clue, not proof of wheel output. Any substitution must include a compatible manifold, downpipe, oil plumbing and boost-control plan.
Require CustomROM V2 on the DME. The REV2 package includes a 7-bar MAP sensor/harness; add coolant-pressure sensor kit.
Include the platform-specific DME unlock where required, external-wastegate control, flex-fuel calibration, PI/fuel-pressure fault response, torque management and dyno revisions.
Use one controller and ethanol-sensor system. [C1]
Custom calibration: MOTIV ProTUNING B58 with the matching single-turbo and flex-fuel scope.
Select the exact chassis and confirm current ReFlex hardware, six-injector support, MHD+ integration and the supplied pressure/ethanol sensors. Quote compatible high-range MAP and coolant-pressure monitoring.
Include the platform-specific DME unlock where required, external-wastegate control, flex-fuel calibration, PI/fuel-pressure fault response, torque management and dyno revisions.
Use one controller and ethanol-sensor system. [C2][C3]

Parts, purpose and configuration
1 · Complete turbo kit
Precision Sportsman 7480 / JDY B58 conversion kit. The selected package lists a 56-mm external wastegate, 4-inch downpipe, 3-inch charge plumbing, oil/coolant connections, heat shields and an included catch can. Use those matched components. Quote any missing inlet/filter, seals and fasteners. Avoid duplicate stock-location turbo plumbing.
1 · Forged engine package
5150 complete Gen 2 B58 engine build kit + 5150 B58 sleeve set. The kit supplies pistons/pins, rods, bearings, head/main fasteners, head gasket and valvetrain/cam components. The builder determines whether sleeves are appropriate and finalizes bore, compression, sealing, balancing and clearances. Include machining and complete assembly; a box of internals is not an assembled engine. [B4]
1 · Cam / valvetrain plan
Use the camshafts, valves and spring/lock components in the complete B58 kit. Verify Gen 2 compatibility, piston-to-valve clearance, valve control and the engine builder’s RPM limit; avoid a duplicate cam purchase.
ID1750-XDS six-injector set, 1750.34.14.14.6. Proposed matched set; verify injector height, O-rings, connectors and manifold fitment before ordering. Require published characterization and a combined DI+PI fuel budget on the chosen ethanol fuel. [F2]
1 · Auxiliary fuel system
Precision Raceworks G2X/G8X AFS.800. Includes two auxiliary pumps, regulator, filter and feed/return system. Add compatible rail adapters and fused pump control. For G42 use the G42/G87-specific system instead; Supra uses the Supra-specific system. Validate delivery at operating rail pressure and electrical voltage; the catalog’s 3-bar flow is not the available flow under full boost. [F1]
1 · Primary DI fuel plan
Budget Dorch Gen 2 DS25 HPFP if the chosen DI/PI split needs it; retaining the stock HPFP requires logged capacity on the intended fuel. Inspect the primary in-tank supply and DI injectors. AFS is dedicated PI supply; primary-system upgrades are added only when the calculated demand requires them.
1 · Boost control & sensors
A tuner-specified PWM boost solenoid, wastegate reference hoses/fittings, heat protection and connector/loom are required quoted items. Size the wastegate spring for the minimum map and use closed-loop boost control. Include working ethanol, PI fuel-pressure and appropriately ranged MAP sensing; wire and validate overboost, pressure-loss and PI-fault response.
Pure Drivetrain 8HP51 Stage 3 with a matched converter and xHP calibration where supported. Obtain a torque/use-specific build specification, stall selection and clutch-pressure strategy from the rebuilder. Pure Drivetrain supplies the gearbox, independently of the turbo brand. Confirm included converter/fluid/pan contents to avoid duplicate purchases.
1 · Driveline package
DSS reference-chassis rear axles + DSS xDrive driveshaft / driveline option. Specify matching shaft length, flanges and axle selection; some S58 options already bundle axles. Include differential, mounts and transfer-case inspection/reinforcement in the quote. Supplier approval is by actual torque and use; catalog “HP” labels are not a 1,200-WHP durability guarantee.
6 plugs · Ignition & service
B58 NGK six-plug bundle. Tuner sets heat range/gap; test coils and replace where needed. Include engine-builder-approved oil/filter, coolant, gearbox/differential/transfer-case service and all installation seals/fasteners.
1 · Brake / traction / chassis plan
EBC reference-chassis front pads + rear pads are fitment candidates for matching iron brakes. Finalize rotor condition, fluid, wheel/tire size and compound, suspension/alignment and event-required protection for the car’s speed and use. These choices are part of the package quote, not established by horsepower alone.
1 · Fuel & dyno commissioning plan
Use one measured, tuner-approved ethanol-rich fuel specification and calibrate for it. E85R is the documented S58 reference fuel; pump E85 is not automatically equivalent. Begin with a lower-load map and raise output only after fuel delivery, lambda, timing, crankcase/coolant pressure, thermal control and gearbox behavior pass validation. Record dyno type, correction, fuel, torque and final hardware with the result.
Why this is a 1,200-WHP target package
The hardware selection moves beyond the verified PURE900 capability statement to a large-frame turbo, full engine build, six-injector auxiliary fueling and reinforced drivetrain. The JDY listing establishes the conversion hardware and turbo option; it does not establish an exact 1,200-WHP result for this B58 combination. [B2][B3]
Package completion: Kies must finalize the VIN-specific fitments, turbo operating point, fuel-capacity calculation, engine/transmission work and quoted small parts before ordering. The package is designed around a 1,200-WHP goal; achieved power is established by the completed car’s dyno record. For a 1,000-WHP build, retain the same supporting hardware and commission a lower-output calibration.
Research & source notes
Measured reference · Gen 2 G42
741 WHP on measured E74
Kies’ PURE900 build used MHD with custom MOTIV tuning, auxiliary fueling and upgraded charge cooling. That is a concrete reference for the architecture. It is 59 WHP below the 800-WHP tier and does not validate either four-digit tier.
Evidence standard: measured vehicle results, manufacturer capability statements and proposed engineering selections are identified separately. Turbo model numbers, pump names and unspecified “HP” ratings are never converted into WHP. No fixed drivetrain-loss percentage is applied.
[B1] Kies B58 dyno build: 741 WHP on E74 One Gen 2 G42 with PURE900, MHD/MOTIV calibration, auxiliary fueling and cooling. It establishes 741 WHP, not a tested 800-WHP package.
[B2] Pure: current Gen 2 PURE900 specification Manufacturer advertises 800+ WHP capability and requires custom tuning and a VTA catch can. This does not establish 1,000 or 1,200 WHP.
[B3] JDY: B58 single-turbo kit Kit specification and available turbo architecture. Its HP marketing range is not a WHP dyno result.
[B4] Kies: B58 complete engine build kit Lists the internal and valvetrain components. Engine-builder consultation is required; the parts list does not certify a wheel-power limit.
[B5] Kies: Gen 2 PURE650 configuration The reviewed listing uses an OEM-housing/core-exchange configuration. Select the actual six-port option and confirm installation parts; do not assume a newer no-core PURE650 specification applies to this listing.
[C1] Kies: REV2 requirements and contents Gen 2 B58/S58, CustomROM V2 requirement, pressure/flex options, harness and MAP sensor contents. Ordinary platform unlock and CustomROM V2 support are separate checks.
[C2] MHD: current supported features MHD+ DME port-injection control and custom safeties vary by engine and software version. Feature availability must be checked against the actual ROM.
[C3] Kies: Visconti S58/B58 controller package Full-kit controller, harnesses, pressure and ethanol sensor contents. Rail/manifold and manifold fuel feed are separate; competing flex kits are not integrated.
[F1] Kies: Precision Raceworks AFS configurations AFS.800 is a two-pump auxiliary system; its name describes nominal fuel flow, not an 800-WHP ceiling. Catalog flow is at 3 bar, not at peak rail pressure under boost.
[F2] Injector Dynamics: ID1750-XDS data Universal 1750.34.14.14 configuration, fuel compatibility and pressure-dependent characterization. Nominal flow is 1,728 cc/min at 3 bar; product family naming is not exact flow.
Finish the bill of materials with Kies
The tier cart builders add the selected catalog parts with live price and availability checks. They do not include unchecked parts or quoted work. A parts cart is not a complete installed or dyno-validated package. The following must be resolved in a Kies build quote:
Confirm VIN/chassis, fuel availability, target torque and use. Quote exact variants and current lead times; active/orderable is not proof of physical stock.
Itemize omitted small parts: correct turbo installation gasket/seal/bolt set, air-filter/inlet hardware, boost solenoid and hoses, high-range sensors/adapters, rail fittings and pressure-reference plumbing.
Confirm injector/manifold dimensions and provide the combined DI+PI fuel budget at the chosen ethanol content, differential fuel pressure and duty cycle. At high boost the pump sees rail pressure above base pressure; free-flow/catalog figures are insufficient.
Name the custom tuner, approved ROM/controller firmware and scope: flex fuel, PI fault handling, pump control, electronic/pneumatic wastegate strategy, torque reporting and dyno revisions.
Quote engine and transmission labor, machine work, sealing, valvetrain work, converter, drivetrain reinforcement, installation, fluids and dyno validation. These cannot be costed accurately from engine name and WHP alone.
Select tires and brake hardware by the actual wheels, calipers, vehicle weight and intended use. Include track-required rollover protection, harness/seat system, fire equipment and other safety equipment through a separate race-preparation review; their Kies availability was not verified.
Package review. The four-digit custom package uses a full-frame Precision option, supplied through the JDY kit, instead of assigning an unsupported target to PURE900. Confirm the exact Sportsman turbo part number and operating point before ordering. No exact dyno result for this complete B58 combination was verified. For lower tiers, confirm Pure install-kit availability and core requirements against the actual selected variant.
Provide Kies with the page, desired route, VIN, existing modifications and intended fuel to finalize the bill of materials. The cart builder shows a selected-parts subtotal; the complete project cost also includes the quoted work.
Use and reliability: the listed Pure turbo and several tuning products carry competition-use restrictions. Follow each manufacturer’s restrictions and the rules applicable to the vehicle. Professional installation and calibration are required; no dyno output, stock-engine limit, component life or warranty outcome is promised.
